Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Auriya, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window
• You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item(s)
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging

Return Options
• Store Credit: Receive full purchase price as store credit
• Refund: Receive purchase price back to original payment method with return shipping fee deducted. 
• Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty Items
• If you receive a faulty item, we'll cover return shipping costs
• Full refund or replacement provided for faulty items
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty item

How to Return
1. Email us at info@auriyajewels.com with your order number and return reason
2. Wait for our return authorisation and shipping instructions
3. Package your item(s) securely with all original packaging
4. Ship to our provided return address
5. We'll process your return within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exclusions
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty
• Special order items are final sale
• Sale items are final sale unless faulty
